PopShorts 2nd Annual Summer Surf Social

"Great weather, great waves, & a great turnout for the 2nd Annual PopShorts Summer Surf Social!!" 

As a way for PopShorts to express gratitude to its SoCal clients, vendors, and affiliates, PopShorts hosted its 2nd Annual Summer Surf Social in true SoCal fashion. Between all of the waves caught, mimosas on the beach, and pieces of content shot, the event was yet another great cap to the summer.

Why a Summer Surf Social?

Back when the founders were in college, they shared a mutual appreciation for the ocean and for surfing. As the company continues to mature and founders become geographically displaced (bi-costal reach), they wanted to make it a point to get 1 solid beach day in together every year. They agreed that turning the day into an event by offering surf lessons to friends/clients/vendors, shooting content on the beach with social media influencers, and catering the day with food & drinks would be a great way for everyone to celebrate the end of summer.

Not to mention, the PopShorts team also wanted to show off how fantastically un-tan they are in their "pink PopShorts".

From lessons on the beach to moves in the water, the "stoked" level was at a high all day. Was great to see individuals fresh to surfing getting after it!!
